For the past twelve years that I have been bringing my vehicle to this dealership, I have never had one bad experience. If a repair is discovered that needs to me made, they advise me if it's something th vehicle to this dealership, I have never had one bad experience. If a repair is discovered that needs to me made, they advise me if it's something that requires attention immediately (as in that day) or to schedule another appointment at my convenience. I never felt pressured at all. I have always been allowed to go see my vehicle during a routine maintenance visit or while it is up on the rack if they find something wrong. And they actually take the time to educate me on the situation and offer better preventative practices. Being that the area population is growing rapidly, I have noticed that their appointment times are very tight these days. For this most recent appointment, the next available appointment was six weeks out but that's the cost of business in this area and I definitely do not see this as a bad thing on their part. I do know first-hand that if I had an emergency, they will do their best to get me in even if it means they have to keep my vehicle for a day or so. Keep up the great work! More

As usual my visit to the service center was I think as good as it gets, service rep as always was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I arrived at my scheduled time and was promptly taken car good as it gets, service rep as always was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
