I bought my Kia Soul here and am very happy with my purchase. I forgot my salesman’s name but he has been there a long time. This business is 2 for 2 on great experiences for me. I will be a walking advertisement for you all and also get my next vehicle here too! Management must be very busy keeping my expectations high. It took me 2 months to get into the center to have my maintenance performed, I needed to Have the 5000 mile oil change done and also my Radio was not working. obviously by the time I got into have the se maintenance performed, I needed to Have the 5000 mile oil change done and also my Radio was not working. obviously by the time I got into have the service done I ended up having Ron get oil changed at a Valvoline oil change shop. I waited 4 hours in the waiting room to be told they couldn’t fix it and they would have to order new radio. So aonother month has gone by waiting on parts to come in and probably will take another 2 months to get back in. So brand new car that radio hasn’t worked for 3/4 of the time I have owned the car. I live over an hour away so I will have to waste another full day vacation and sit in the waiting area. At least the waiting area is nice. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased at the dealership. Will have to evaluate that on next one. More
