My CRV got fixed but the communication along the way was really REALLY bad in Express and got better at the Main Service but my car sat quite a time with no repairs being done until I called several times. really REALLY bad in Express and got better at the Main Service but my car sat quite a time with no repairs being done until I called several times. Brian Stevens saved the day though my repairs were 1500 dollars ...ugh!!!! And RW needs to update your website / you have people pictured that have not been there for months . The service girl in Express who I first spoke to was so new she did not yet even have a card. People like returning to the SAME service advisor I suppose you might understand. More
