However, our initial finance person, Freddie, who we dealt with while negotiating, used a very undermining and harsh tone while speaking to us. It was not appreciated and we asked for another finance individual. I would have left the dealership if our salesperson wasn’t so nice and in the end we got the deal we wanted. More
