They spent a good deal of time with me making sure I understood everything and answered my many questions making sure I was comfortable with my vehicle choice. Syed also discussed the differences between various models helping me see that I could get all the features I really wanted on another/cheaper vehicle. Jay worked with me to get the best price by looking at various financing options. Bryan stopped to congratulate me on my purchase and welcome me to the dealership - the personal touch. Steve made me comfortable by telling me about service features. The service team also did a great "make ready" job on the vehicle. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful. Great new car purchase I contacted the dealer on a prospective purchase and they emailed me the information immediately with pricing. Even when I told them it would be sever I contacted the dealer on a prospective purchase and they emailed me the information immediately with pricing. Even when I told them it would be several weeks they were very quick and nice. When we did decide to go and look they found out exactly what we were looking for and had it ready for a test drive. When the discussion on the final pricing occurred they were very low keyed and no pressure. The pricing was fantastic and it was explained exactly what the final drive out price would be. We had talked with several dealerships prior to the visit and they were always calling and bugging us to come in. This one was the best in manners and the salesman was very helpful and without adding and pressure to buy. We sealed the deal that night and drove off with exactly what we wanted with a few 'extras' on the car that we had not expected. Kudos to Mitchell Smartt at Rusty Wallis Honda for a great experience and price. More
Buying Experience My son Alex had been to the dealership earlier in the day and spoke to Bernard. We went after I got off of work to make a deal. The manager Mike Anderson, would not make a deal over a $300 difference, telling us he would prefer to take his chances selling the vehicle at auction. We left, as we felt very strongly that a $300 reduction in price was not asking too much. My sons called the dealership back to see if we could get the $300 reduction, and once elevated to the General Manager we were asked to back in and make the deal we originally had requested. Bernard and Kevin were great. The matter was out of their hands at this point. Quite honestly, the rating of my experience would have been very poor if it were not for John Haddock. He is very personable and professional. He is a terrific representative for Rusty Wallis More
