Great Buying Experience I relocated to Dallas so I didn't know which dealerships to trust when it was time to buy a new car. I asked different people for recommendations and I relocated to Dallas so I didn't know which dealerships to trust when it was time to buy a new car. I asked different people for recommendations and I did my own research as well. Rusty Wallis Honda kept coming to the top of the list. I was pretty sure what I wanted and for the used Acura with all the features I wanted, Rusty Wallis also kept beating out the competition. I communicated with Felton Jones before I actually went in. What appreciate the most is he was upfront and honest when I got to the dealership. Felton didn't try to over-sell me or push me away from what I already knew I wanted. I also did not appreciate a second gentlemen coming in to convince me to buy the warranty; when I had told the financial guy several times that I did not want the warranty. We had visited a few of the other metroplex Honda dealerships, and decided to check out Rusty Wallis on a whim late Friday afternoon. Robert Villa was very helpful over the phone and invited us in to check out some different makes. We had expressed interest in CR-V's and Crosstours, and Robert took his entire Friday evening to patiently walk us through the different models and trims. Despite looking through and test driving five different vehicles, Robert never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. Once all was said and done, my wife and I fell in love with a Crosstour. We came back out Saturday morning to try and get a deal done. Robert and the sales team gave us a great deal on the car, and gave us a very fair price for our trade. Once we had arrived on a sale number that we were both happy with, we went to work with Tommy Norman and the finance team. Tommy was great, and he walked through all our options. Working with the finance folks at dealerships has always been my least favorite aspect of buying a car, but that was not the case with Tommy. I never felt we were being pushed into taking something we did not want. We were clear with what numbers we wanted to stick to, and Tommy worked very hard to get us there along with the warranty, GAP, and maintenance we wanted. Within a few hours, we were off in our brand new car. I would highly recommend Rusty Wallis Honda. Not only did we end up with a car we love, but we also have a dealership and service center we feel confident to use in the future. If you are in the market for a new Honda, do yourself a favor and go see Robert Villa at Rusty Wallis; you'll be glad you did. More
