My first new car purchase experience. I've been car searching for a new car for about two month until today that I purchased a brand new Honda Civic. I visited several Honda dealership in I've been car searching for a new car for about two month until today that I purchased a brand new Honda Civic. I visited several Honda dealership in the DFW area and left few of them with a disgust by the way of business made, the pressure that you get by the salesman that you have to buy a car right then in there when I was just looking to see my options, a decision wasn't going to be made until late Nov. and was only respected by the Rusty Wallis dealership. This is late Nov and the customer service excellence has made me choose this dealership. The Honda Civic does not vary within dealerships, its the same car everywhere, the difference between each dealership is the way they manage their business, and Rusty Wallis of Honda has done a job with excellence. I would definitely recommend this Dealership, the name of the salesperson is Jamal Fofanah, great guy he will take care of you just like he took care of me. More
Great Buying Experience Started my day at McDavid Honda in Frisco and have nothing bad to say about them. They were great and got to a good price however we were far apart o Started my day at McDavid Honda in Frisco and have nothing bad to say about them. They were great and got to a good price however we were far apart on my trade so payment was too high, I left. I called Rusty Wallis Honda and spoke to the Sales Manager. I told him I did not have time to come down there and screw around, I have 4 kids and I either need the van at X price per month or not. The SM at Honda is also the SM at Rusty Wallis VW and that was all the difference. I was trading in my VW van and they did $1500 better on the trade and offered the same discounts as McDavid. Both Robert Villa and Eric and Billy in finance made this a seamless transaction. There was ZERO back and forth. I walked in and made the deal I wanted. I can't say enough about the good folks over there. They got me set up in the new car, explained everything and I was on my way. Huge thanks also to Robert Kersh, Sales Manager. More

It was a no stress transaction and we love the car! With this purchase, we did a lot of internet research and were able to determine the exact model, color, and accessories we wanted prior to visiting the showroom. We also requested many E-quotes from other North Texas Honda Dealers and researched what others said about their dealerships and service departments . Tommy initially showed us the car and provided a test drive but, by the time we were ready to buy, he had been promoted to Business Manager. Tommy introduced us to John Hargis, a down-to-earth individual who was so easy to talk with. No question was too stupid to ask and if he didn't have an answer, he found someone who did. He was up-front with all pricing details. Not only did they meet the lowest quote but, since they did not have our color in their inventory, they brought one in and we had it within 2 days. There was no hassle, no "let me talk with my manager," or pressure to buy what we did not want. The visit with Tommy Norman as the Finance Manager was equally pleasant and quickly dispatched. We have always felt respected and well cared for by the Service Department as well. One cannot do better than dealing with Rusty Wallis and his pleasant, knowledgeable staff. More

(I'm 72 yrs old with a fix income) and he found exactly what I wanted (2007 odyssey with low miles and very affordable monthly payments). I am sooo thankful because I use my mini van to take at risk youth to church, where they can find a new life, that otherwise they wouldn't. Thank you, thank you!!!!! More
