I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord on 09/26/11. Upon test driving the vehicle the battery was dead and Alejandro assured us that if the battery failed after purchase it would be taken care of. I explained that I am currently a student six hours away from the Dallas area and I was assured that if I took the car to any certified mechanic it would not be a problem. On 11/04/11 the battery failed again and required a new one. Upon calling Alejandro and his manager Mike, I was informed that since it was 30 days past the purchase all they could do was send me 2 free oil changes; which I will have to drive 6 hours back into town to use. It is a very unpleasant situation since the battery was faulty upon purchase and a request had been filed for it to be changed at that time. In the end I paid $80 for a new battery and get 2 oil changes that will end up costing me more due to the fact that I will have to drive six hours into town to redeem them. More
After getting screwed over by VANDERGRIFF HONDA, I was not going to even try and deal with anybody concerning a Honda. Then I heard about Rusty and decided I'd give them another chance. Zaffar really went to bat for me and my wife. We were upside down on a vehicle and needed to get into a lease to get rid of our negative equity, but we needed to do it without raising our monthly payment upside down on a vehicle and needed to get into a lease to get rid of our negative equity, but we needed to do it without raising our monthly payment or goin beyond a 36 month term. Needless to say we were not in a good position but Zaffar really worked on it for us. They came back with the numbers we needed which is not only a credit to Zaffar but also to the dealership as a whole. Overall one of the best car experiences I have had at a dealer. More

I renewed my lease agreement 2 months before the end of my contract, thanks to the efforts of Elbony Beasley. During what seemed like a routine call, she exhibited professionalism, enthusiasm, concern and my contract, thanks to the efforts of Elbony Beasley. During what seemed like a routine call, she exhibited professionalism, enthusiasm, concern and determination to make me a satisfied customer. I will admit that I gave her and the accountant who assisted in this process a hard time in making this happen, but in the end, not only was I satisfied, I was truely IMPRESSED with Elbony's level of knowledge not only about the vehicle, but the best way to care for the vehicle, and also the lease contract process. Never did her professionalism change throughout the entire process. As far as the dealership is concerned, I have been doing business with them for about 5 years and not once have I left the dealership without a smile. The staff consistently does everything they can to address whatever concerns I have. Even when I try to haggle for a discount; if I lose one way, I win in another. They have a knack for pleasing their customers. I consider myself a person that's hard to please, but they please me very easily. I plan to have a long-term relationship with this dealer. More
I contacted Rusty Wallis because we have had a life altering event with our son that required a minivan to accommodate his wheelchair. We wanted to trade our manual for an automatic, stick with a Honda, and do it in a single day without running all over town. That happened here. They quickly appraised the car, promptly showed us 3 or 4 after talking to us at length about what we wanted, and we purchased a Honda Accord. The financing process was the fastest I've ever encountered, the coffee in the waiting room was good, and they even changed the channel from ESPN to Channel 5 so that I could watch the evening news while we waited for the car to be detailed. It was a great experience, and I felt well taken care of. I think I got a great deal too, and I'm very happy with the car. Bernard even told me to come in anytime I wanted - which I just might do!
