This was the best experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. Rather than try to sell a vehicle, Paul patiently answered my questions and gave me all of the information I needed. He not only knew what he was talking about, but explained everything to me where I could understand it. I didn't feel at all pressured to buy anything, but instead felt that Paul was interested in helping me make a good and informed decision. He was friendly, informative, and made the entire process a great experience. Paul got me into the new vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Adam was also friendly, informative, and very helpful in handling the finance part. Even after the sale was complete and I was in my new CR-V, Paul quickly responded when I had a couple of follow-up questions over the next few days and promptly provided the information I needed. Mark Parker greeted us right away and took us to Lexus SUV that we were interested in. In less than 5 minutes, we were on our test drive. We wanted our mechanic to inspect the car. Rusty Wallis accommodated that request though the car had to be dropped off for a few hours. My mechanic said the car was in top notch, validating what the dealership had told me orally. Mark even picked up the car from the mechanic and dropped it off at my house! Brian Jackson, the manager, negotiated with us on the final price and it was very satisfactory, though obviously, we'd have preferred a slightly lower price. However considering the condition of the car, this was a great deal. Five star service all the way. I recommend Mark and this dealership without any reservations. More
