I’m a new customer. There should be a sign advising the customer that the service advisor is also the cashier. This survey allows you to choose service as the Dept you visited. On the next screen all other customer that the service advisor is also the cashier. This survey allows you to choose service as the Dept you visited. On the next screen all other departments are listed-not service. You can’t move on unless you choose a person. I didn’t deal with anyone else. More
