They take the time to explain what was done and the condition of my car. They efficiently review details of work done and remind clients of what upcoming services will be needed. After I had my car service I went over to the new car sales office to see Jim Beeson and look at the new CRV's. Since Jim was busy he turned me over to Doug and between the 2 of them, I walked out with a new CRV even though I kept telling them. "I'm not buying a car today."
