As a very busy parent, I took my truck to Rusty My reason for a visit Tuesday, March 20, 2018 was to repair my Honda Pilot which was malfunctioning. As a very busy parent, I took my truck to Rusty Wallis Honda without delay. I was immediately greeted by Leo and his partner. They listened carefully, retrieved my information from their system and explained they provide a shuttle service as my truck is tested to pinpoint the problem and will call as soon as they determine what’s wrong. Shortly after my arrival, I was met by Jason, the Shuttle driver who was most kind and professional in providing a round trip once my truck was fixed. Leo and staff have always provided excellent care and great communication with the status of my truck repair. Once returned safely to the Service Center by Jason, i was greeted yet again by Leo who gave me a report and led me to a wonderful young lady at the Cashier’s counter. The positive energy at Rusty Wallis Honda is contagious. Due to the genuine care and concern from Leo, Jason, and the happiest customer service cashhier I have ever met i feel truly cared for as family member and will remain a grateful customer. More
