"Service by Jeff" I recently brought my 2012 CRV to Rusty Wallis for a Full Detail before the Holidays. I knew that my long time Service Rep Steve Hartwig had recently I recently brought my 2012 CRV to Rusty Wallis for a Full Detail before the Holidays. I knew that my long time Service Rep Steve Hartwig had recently Passed Away and was somewhat anxious about dealing with someone new. After meeting Jeff Peterson and both of us sharing some personal Steve stories he put me at ease that my future Service needs would be taken care of just as in the past. The Service went just as Jeff said it would and the car looks Great. I am looking forward to working with Jeff in the future for my Honda Service at Rusty Wallis. He is very knowledgeable about Honda products and on one occasion personally fixe Travis Porter is friendly, extremely polite, and above all listens.
