Car Repair/Customer Service I was so lucky to Steve as my service advisor. He was really nice and kept me informed of the status of my car. I thought I had major problems but turned out it was really just a minor issue and they fixed it and now I am really to roll on down the road.. I will definitely be using them again for my service on my 2010 Honda Fit, and when the time arrives, I will be purchasing a new car from them again. We use full synthetic oil and adhere to all of the service guidelines, and are rewarded with a 2005 Pilot that is absolutely reliable and one that many mistake for new, We find the tean at Rusty Wallis Honda easy to work with. DO NOT GO THERE! !! Although I bought my car from them, and I am happy with it, I do not want to go for service anymore! The service is just OVERPRICE!! they charge y !! Although I bought my car from them, and I am happy with it, I do not want to go for service anymore! The service is just OVERPRICE!! they charge you AS MUCH AS they can with no reason. For instance, they charged me $110 for fixing a wire which was hanging out! $110 labor cost for 5 seconds job!! They say the first two oil changes is free, of course they do not charge you $40 for oil but instead they charge you $80 for checking the tires, $100 for changing the brakes!! This is ridiculous, if you go somewhere else you can change your oil with $50. Do not let free oil change and free car wash that they offer fool you!! More

It was finished in 2 hours when the advisor recommended a wheel alignment which he estimated would take 35 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes I might suggest that Rusty Wallis have a maintenance division like Sports City Toyota which turns around an oil change in 20 minutes. I was not very happy to say the least with the service and hope corrective measures will be taken. My e-mail is incorrect on the invoice so I will not get the performance evaluation survey. The front desk sent be back to the service div to have it corrected. I did not want to deal with them at this time. More

I am a new customer I bought my last two Hondas at another local dealership. When I went there a month ago for a warranty issue, I was disappointed in the service. So I t I bought my last two Hondas at another local dealership. When I went there a month ago for a warranty issue, I was disappointed in the service. So I thought I'd try this one. The difference was like night and day! Every single person I talked with--from the Asst. Service guy (can't remember your name, but you were awesome!), to Tony, to the shuttle driver, to the two ladies at the Cashier desk (who couldn't find the ticket, but never got flustered and tried about 6 different ways to get what I needed,) to the young man who retrieved my car--every single person was TRULY OUTSTANDING. Seriously, this was THE BEST service experience I have ever had (and I'm old :). I will be giving this car to my daughter and buying a new one, probably within the year. Sorry other dealership. You just lost a customer. I'll be back to Rusty Wallis. Thanks again. More
