Cecilia was just the best service assistant I have ever had, she took care of all of my needs and answered all my questions. And my service tech was amazing he was able to get my car completely fixed in a had, she took care of all of my needs and answered all my questions. And my service tech was amazing he was able to get my car completely fixed in a timely manner in just a day and a half. The only thing that I wish that could have been done was a car wash but that was just poor timing because the car was needed service itself and couldn’t be used. Overall everything was perfect! More

Dealership switches customers back and forth between bays. The Manager had customes documents visible and displayed for others to see which I viewed and gave to the Manager. He again, placed documents bays. The Manager had customes documents visible and displayed for others to see which I viewed and gave to the Manager. He again, placed documents out in the open. I mentioned to the service representative that I had lights on my dashboard. The service department never addressed the service lights being on and we're not able to give me pricing on suggested service concerns when I asked them. When I left this service department, my lights returned on my dashboard and remain.on including a low tire!. Every time I come to this Honda dealership, I always receive sub - par care. Everytime! Rusty Wallis dealership needs to work on their service and customer service!! More
