Service guy Ron? How do you not know about these guidelines. 3 and 1/2 hours later. Still had to remind of tire rotation. No offer of discount, not even really wanting to be at counter with me , and still didnt do break check. Cashier was not polite, very rude about taking payment.. I work at a dealership and know what goes on, also know what bad surveys do to the guys, but c'mon, pay attention and listen. Purposely messed up email so survey couldnt get done. I know how that works too. More

While we've purchased 3 new Honda vehicles, we typically visit a dealership closer to home but the service experience is never that great at the other dealership and most they recently recommended a service repair that made me question their integrity - yet again. So we made the trip up Rusty and couldn't be happier with the service which also saved us at lot money. Also very pleased with their housekeeping and other amenities to make the visit enjoyable.
