I had a quirky thing to happen where I could not get it out of "Park" - So I turned it off and that worked. I decided that I should go right away to the dealership and not get stranded somewhere. I was there for four hours and they said they did not know what it was. They could not duplicate it. I think your service order stinks. I had to wait for the appointments to come and go. The girl told me I should have made an appointment - hello - while the car was able to shift gears, I felt like I needed to go straight to the dealership. I think when something like that happens that you should have someone that could perform the computer diagnostics and let you know how long it will take to know what's wrong. Then when you know, you can decide do you want to stay or be shuttled home. I thought Ashley could have been a little more empathic, but she wasn't - it was Monday. Your dealership is a wonderful, comfortable, clean place. I had my oil changed a couple of weeks ago there and Jackson was great. I really liked him. I hope this was just an anomaly and it won't happen again, because I am 88 and it makes me nervous to be somewhere and my care won't start. More
