I went in for my complimentary first service on my new car. Ray was extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and made me feel very at ease. My wife and I purchased a CPO 2007 Audi A4, and we brought it in for diagnosis because it is burning oil at a rate of about 1qt/2000 miles. Lindsey or Leslie- Service Scheduler (I'm sorry that I have forgotten her name and her correct role) was extremely helpful (making sure that both the service and 2 factory recalls were scheduled and done while we were there). Steve's (Head of the Service Dept.) knowledge and background car maintenance and service is extremely impressive and beyond anyone I have met in the car service field. While traveling on country roads in Vermont during the freak August snow storm, I unfortunately had an accident and totalled our vehicle. It was towed to Kinney Motors. Although we had not purchased our vehicle from them or even used them for any services, they immediately got engaged with me and helped me negotiate the complexities of dealing with an accident, my insurance claim, and negotiating with the insurance adjustor. They offered to put me in touch with their sales team to buy a new vehicle and the sales staff was as responsive and professional as the service staff. They located a replacement vehicle quickly, meeting our requirements, and were able to transfer a vehicle in transit from Germany to their dealership, in order for us to get a replacement vehicle quickly. Our experience with them was exceptional and we recommend them highly to anyone. More
