Lemon Purchased my car from them brand new in 2012. In 2017 started having problems with the car shutting off randomly while driving. Took it to my personal mechanic and he didn't have the proper diagnostic tools to find the issue. So after spending over $700 on repairs that we thought would fix the problem but did not... We took it to Ryan Chevrolet and they had my car for 2 weeks. Charged me over $100 just to put it on a diagnostic machine.. and still couldn't find a problem and claimed they couldn't get it to act up while it was there. Took it home and THAT SAME DAY it shut off while driving and wouldn't crank. So we brought it back to them and they had it for an additional 2 weeks. Still couldn't find a problem. Told us to trade it in or take it elsewhere because they were done spending time on it. So we were left with a useless car that isn't reliable. I'll never buy another vehicle from Ryan Chevrolet. More

The young lady had already applied the discount. If you deal with any shop, sooner or later, you will have a problem. However, 99% of the time, I have had no problems. ] More

Ryan refuses to accept responsibility that they didn't inspect the vehicle prior to sale. Will not pay for tires. Buy somewhere else. More

Terrible I had an appointment for an oil change on Friday November 24th at 2:00. I make it there about 130 and give my keys to the guy in the bay. I proceed to I had an appointment for an oil change on Friday November 24th at 2:00. I make it there about 130 and give my keys to the guy in the bay. I proceed to the waiting area and about 15 minutes later I see several guys pushing my car up the bay and get a battery charger to use on my car. I ask them what’s the problem and they said my car won’t start and I can pay $99 to have it put on the diagnostic machine or have it towed. It was showing Service Theft Deterrent System. I decided to have it towed bc it was obvious they did something wrong. Saturday morning I contacted OnStar to see if their diagnostic was showing what could have been wrong with my car. They said it was probably the key fob needing replacing and they will send a tow truck to take it to the dealership. I started cleaning out the car preparing for the tow truck and noticed the chip to my key fob sitting in my cup holder. I placed it back in my fob and my car started immediately. When I contacted Ryan that Monday, Marvin said he would review the tapes to see if his employees dropped my keys or anything. He called back and said that he couldn’t see that his employees did anything wrong and my next oil change would be free. I knew then he did not watch the video bc he would have seen that my car never left the bay to get an oil change. He did give me a free oil change that I had to get from them. I was not out of towing money bc I had roadside assistance but I missed work Saturday and had to leave work early Tuesday to get the free oil change. Awful service and I was treated badly when I went in for the free oil change. More
