Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo has been the site we have gone to for any automobile needs for 30+years. However, after the lose of my husband, I became involved with a "metro" car dealership for a short time. to for any automobile needs for 30+years. However, after the lose of my husband, I became involved with a "metro" car dealership for a short time. It didn't take long for me to miss the service and atmosphere at Ryan's. I recently went from leasing to buying a Trax with their help. The personnel from sales to accounting to mechanics /service can't be beat, they are all very friendly/accommodating - thorough-and extremely competent. More

Jamie Clevland, listen to your customers when they are talking. I didn't need air in my tire I needed a service just as I thought but you made me feel stupid and like an inconvenience. These guys are a bunch of Lazy Crooks. I would NEVER buy from them or bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my 2019 vehicle in for Warranty repair on December 10th. They told me they were waiting for from them or bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my 2019 vehicle in for Warranty repair on December 10th. They told me they were waiting for Dodge's approval to do the warranty work. After waiting nearly 1 month, I started calling weekly for updates, each time they knew nothing about my claim. They finally called me back to tell me it had been denied. I called Chrysler customer care, they looked it up and told me a warranty request was never submitted. Update: After response of the "owner" I called Matt Ryan. He refused to warranty my claim without giving ANY evidence, and refused to send me that in writing. Despite decades of business between my family and Ryan Dealerships, I would never buy as much as a popsicle from these Frauds. More
