I am wondering if anyone has issues with any of the Ryan stores as far as insurance claims? I was dropping my daughter off at the Buffalo location when a lot kid backed into my car. I said no problem! I said that I would leave my information for their insurance. The service manger said they would just have to replace my bumper cover. I was on my way to work so I said I didn't need a police report as they have cameras so I'm not worried. I just got a call from their insurance stating I have to prove it was not my fault. Now they do not have cameras?? I would have protected my self by having the police come out. Now a kid hits me and I have to defend myself when I was hit? If they do not have cameras as they told insurance, they should not implied to me they did. I would have called the police for a honest report!! As well when I stated my adult daughter was in the vehicle the insurance guy for Ryan said she would just lie so she is not a good witness?? I am still just shocked by that statement. The insurance company for ryan at least agreed it is very odd they don't have cameras. I would no longer trust them. More

Jeep Service Department is incompetent I am just finishing servicing my car at Walser Jeep and also got my antenna replaced for $40. I bought my car at Ryan Automall where I had a great ex I am just finishing servicing my car at Walser Jeep and also got my antenna replaced for $40. I bought my car at Ryan Automall where I had a great experience with buying the vehicle but their service department is incompetent. I was quoted by Ryan Jeep service department that it would cost $535 to replace my entire Antenna package. Obviously, it did not and in my opinion ,they were lazy and just trying to take advantage. I am pretty sure you can imagine what gender I am. It goes without saying I will never be back. More
Negative Experience I was at the dealership on Friday 7 February 2019 for a appointment to install led fog lights, switch out head light bulbs, and install a led light st I was at the dealership on Friday 7 February 2019 for a appointment to install led fog lights, switch out head light bulbs, and install a led light strip under tail gate. While waiting in Customer Service area for 15 minutes I was informed by Erik Lund that two service personnel had called in sick and service department was unable to perform the work. I was disappointed because I had taken vacation to accommodate the service appointment. After inquiring why I wasn't notified of inadequate personnel issues and much persuasion the service department installed fog lights and switched out bulbs. When presented with estimate and with a recommended two hour time requirement I was at dealership for four hours. During that time period I witnessed the Service Manager conversing over the phone voicing the service department was always short staffed. Erik Lund stated this was the first time the service staff had to perform these type of maintenance tasks which didn't assure me I was going to obtain positive results. Erik also had numerous excuses not to install led light strip so that task will be performed by Delano Chevrolet next week who will lend me a loaner car at no cost. That's what I call customer service not lame excuses, lack of trained personnel to perform maintenance tasks, lack of communication and follow-up. I wonder if the 5 star customer rating is justified because what I experienced was painful. More
Funny I called to give you the chance to make things right as you left 2 numbers but yet the service manager had no idea why I was calling I explained that I was asked to call because of the negative right as you left 2 numbers but yet the service manager had no idea why I was calling I explained that I was asked to call because of the negative review I gave regarding the service dept he then said oh well the service advisor was Jamie let me get him I told him again that I was calling in ref to the bad review and he stated he knew nothing about it. I wish I had done my research a little more before going to this dealership I would be happy to discuss my terrible experience with anybody that wishes to know As for the Ryan dealership instead of having upset customers call you that you don’t have the slightest clue about maybe do your research and call that customer but then again the way you do it people just don’t take the time to call If you look they have the same auto response to all complaints Sorry please reach out to us If I could give a neg rating I would But don’t worry I found cornerstone to have a much better service dept More
Took my truck in for a few minor issues 1 being the tail gate ajar light did not work Jamie told me right away that the truck doesn’t have it I did show him the build sheet and he told me those are not ac gate ajar light did not work Jamie told me right away that the truck doesn’t have it I did show him the build sheet and he told me those are not accurate and the truck doesn’t have it He then printed his own version and said oh I guess it does have it He called me the next day said truck is done and said the light is a problem and no fix to it but chrys knows about it and the tail gate rattle is from the tonnue cover I told him to look again as it was loose before that. They made it very clear that even tho I bought a brand new truck from them I am an inconvenience when it comes to bringing it in for service I will not return to this location it is obvious that the service dept is no where the same as the sales dept More
