I came for an oil change and all was great. The quick answer has been, I have never heard of that issue and then was told if they put it on a scope and it shows nothing there is nothing to be done. I was able to get the van in for an oil change in right away. Cant remember the staff that helped me tho. Always very helpful staff. I was in for routine service as part of my maint plan on my new Chevy Silverado (which I love, by the way). Scheduled maint was done and they did a tread check and determined tha as part of my maint plan on my new Chevy Silverado (which I love, by the way). I brought my car in and informed the Service Writer (Jeff) that there was a vibration and that I thought it was in the drive train. I was informed that my car needed brakes and rotors. It did not vibra (Jeff) that there was a vibration and that I thought it was in the drive train. I was informed that my car needed brakes and rotors. It did not vibrate when applying the brakes but rather vibrated all the time. I thought if it was in fact the rotors and brakes I would have felt it when applying the brakes ? Approximately $350.00 later for new brakes and rotors the vibration is still there. I brought it back and took one of the mechanics for a test drive and he informed me that he thinks it is a U-Joint or something else in the drive train. I have an appt. for wednesday morning to get it fixed but my main concern is -- Did I really need $350.00 worth of brakes and rotors ?? I have allways trusted your service and have allways been treated great, but now I am questioning my trust. You guys have been wonderfull in the past and I have felt confident in your work, I bring my vehicles to you for everything. But once again now I am unsure of my trust. More

With oil changes, supposed to check all fluids. Antifreeze down 1/2 gallon, in between oil changes performed at Ryan Dodge Dealership. I also phoned in to get an estimate on fixing the thermostat on my Dodge Grand Caravan 2001. Quoted me $150.00, I believe was way too high, considering the location of the thermostat. I had a friend do it for me, the parts were $20 and the antifreeze was $15. It took him 10 minutes to replace the thermostat. I don't know how it can cost that much at a dealership. Seems like this is taking advantage of a customer. Also I have purchased vehicles from Jeff Barbre at Delano Dodge. I would buy another vehicle from him, trustworthy, honest person. More
