Oil change & Rotation I had an appointment at 1 pm,and dropped my car off at 11:30 since I had other things. They called at 12:30 and said it was done. Great! I had two key FOBs repaired according to a recall. I also had a sun visor replaced that had fallen off. Oil Change and Tire Rotate I did not rate this experience a 5 for the following reason. The oil change and tire rotation were accomplished timely and satisfactorily. However, up I did not rate this experience a 5 for the following reason. The oil change and tire rotation were accomplished timely and satisfactorily. However, upon leaving the dealership and driving home, my tire pressure monitor came on. Checking the tire pressure the front left tire was 31 and the other three tires were 26. I would suggest the tire pressure be checked and all four tires inflated to the proper pressure, especially during a tire rotation. More

Bad battery The service department responded to the issue and completed a thorough testing. Determined it was a bad a battery and replaced it.
