Awesome Service and Experience -- Thank You I was in Minot over Mother's Day weekend for business when my car broke down on Saturday afternoon. I was 800 miles from my home and needed to leave I was in Minot over Mother's Day weekend for business when my car broke down on Saturday afternoon. I was 800 miles from my home and needed to leave for Montana on Monday to be back to work on Tuesday. I visited with a service man by the name of Chris Malone. He told me that there was only one serviceman left for the day as the others went home for the weekend. I did not have an appointment and told him of my dilemma. He told me that he would have the mechanic look at it and try to work on it that afternoon ahead of other scheduled vehicles. The mechanic and Chris Malone worked on it all afternoon and my car was ready to be picked up on Monday morning. They went out of their way to help me and I am very grateful to them. These employees and Ryan Chevrolet are to be commended for their above and beyond service by taking care of my desperate needs. There sales people lie and there service department is incompitant. They sell you a vehicle and turn their heads when you have a problem. I had them install a remote autostart which i paid extra for and incompitant. They sell you a vehicle and turn their heads when you have a problem. I had them install a remote autostart which i paid extra for and it was installed incorrectly and two days later than promised. Then after all this the autostart did not work properly due to inproper instalation. Then when asked to fix their mistake they told me i had to wait a week before they could even look at the vehicle. Also when i picked up the vehicle it had less than a quater tank of gas. Buyer beware email me with any questions. More
