After doing some research before traveling and locating a car at this dealer. I stopped to find they did not have any left. I spoke with JL. He was really enjoyable to talk to and took the time to show me ab car at this dealer. I stopped to find they did not have any left. I spoke with JL. He was really enjoyable to talk to and took the time to show me about similar models. He told me to contact him if I wanted him to check on cars coming in. I checked to see when I would be back through the area and double checked on possibility of funding. Having confirmed I’d be back in the area the next week and again a little over a month later. I contacted jl via email. He replied to see what he could help with. I inquired about new arrivals or the possibility of ordering a car. Never recieved any response. I checked again a couple days before I would travel through again and no response. We just needed to make sure things would work logistically and get to final numbers and he would have sold a car. Instead I wasn’t worth a response. More

Needed front brake pads, after delay getting the pads, they turned the rotors incorrectly and told me I needed new ones. My Pilot needed everything My Pilot is so wonderful to me and I love it so much. It is the most wonderful large SUV ever made. Bought a new car, last deal of the year! Went to Ryan Honda to just drive around on December 30, 2017, an hour before they closed. Salesperson, Kristyn, was walking around in the misting cold Went to Ryan Honda to just drive around on December 30, 2017, an hour before they closed. Salesperson, Kristyn, was walking around in the misting cold and I asked her a couple of questions. Needless to say, they stayed open probably an hour later for me to finish the paperwork for my HR-V! My previous Honda is 15 years old and has been “passed down” to my daughter, still in pretty good shape! Kristyn was awesome with her knowledge and help with purchasing my car! More

Nice place if you have to wait. I recently had 2 airbags replaced because of the recalls and another problem that I did not know about also taken care of. Waited at the dealership. I was there a little over 2 hours, which is about what they said when I came in. Was never uncomfortable and the wait seemed shorter than it actually was. More
