Updating my review. ....6 weeks after we traded in a car, we got bills from Toll Roads and fees for these fines. I called Rydell multiple days in a row (no one ever call ....6 weeks after we traded in a car, we got bills from Toll Roads and fees for these fines. I called Rydell multiple days in a row (no one ever called me back) and no one ever apologized or even acted like they care! We gave them a check for over $20K but its our responsibility to fix this now. I'll never tell anyone to shop at Rydell! Customer Service is dead here! I wish we could give their car back and get one from someone else!!! More
