I am incredibly disappointed with the service I've received. As a loyal customer of this dealership for over 30 years and having purchased at least seven vehicles with my family, it's disheartening to received. As a loyal customer of this dealership for over 30 years and having purchased at least seven vehicles with my family, it's disheartening to say that I, along with my mother and five siblings, will be taking our business elsewhere. Additionally, the lack of service availability on Saturdays is simply unacceptable. I strongly urge your dealership to take steps to improve customer service for the benefit of everyone involved.
