I dropped off my truck with service transmission soon unable to shift after having my truck for over a week find me they said it’s ready after driving it for 10 miles. We were so happy with our service at Rydell. We had an oil change and found our brakes to be really low. I went there to have them reload the module software on my 2015 Volt. They wanted to do a full diagnostic test which did not need, I just wanted them to reload the software. I took it in on a Wednesday mor my 2015 Volt. They wanted to do a full diagnostic test which did not need, I just wanted them to reload the software. I took it in on a Wednesday morning and it sat on the lot until 11:00 the next day, and was not worked on until after I called around noon. I was unhappy that they wouldn’t do what I wanted even though I would take responsibility if it didn’t work, which is what they ended up doing anyways! I was very unhappy that it took 2 days to do an hours worth of work. More
