My brand new Chevrolet Bolt EUV started having problems with the navigation system not connecting to my I Phone at under 150 miles. I contacted them, came in and after NUMEROUS attempts the salesman got with the navigation system not connecting to my I Phone at under 150 miles. I contacted them, came in and after NUMEROUS attempts the salesman got it connected. It continues to have this problem at 800 miles. The charging port also broke at 400 miles, the vehicle was in their service dept for 21 days. I have asked them to take the vehicle back as I feel it is a lemon. They refused and told me it is on me to make at minimum three complaints since they cannot “find “ any issue. and then GM will create a problem ticket., I continue to drive without reliable navigation. Not satisfied is an understatement. I have asked them repeatedly for a trade in, I know I will take a financial hit, they refuse to even discuss this not even a trade on value. Nothing. . POOR customer service in the extreme. More
