The service experience is clunky. Sometimes someone comes out to meet you and check you in, other times you have to go in and find someone. A knowledge service agent is completely hit or miss, the paperwork and check in process always seems to take forever and have a ton of unnecessary paperwork. I've worked with Jim a few times and overall he's been the most pleasant and communicative. I come here out of convenience due to location and necessity for my trucks service plan.
