The salesman Jaime Garcia did everything he could to clean up what was a nightmare purchase/delivery at best. One of the things that sticks in my mind was the owners demand that I pay an additional 5,00 clean up what was a nightmare purchase/delivery at best. One of the things that sticks in my mind was the owners demand that I pay an additional 5,000.00 "in stock fee" for the car I had to settle for that they had in stock because the original purchaser cancelled her/his order. All said this Dealership is not the place purchase a vehicle that has a MSRP of 144K that you end up paying them 180K+ for, with improperly installed dealer options that are damaged, vehicle neglect inside and out (they left the windows open in a humid environment and the water stained the inside of the windshield that you can't get to now without taking the windshield out!) and an owner/mgmt who won't even speak to you! More

I waited 30 minutes in my car for a service advisor to check me in and no one ever came!! I asked one of the service workers to get me help he said he did twice still no one came! I happen to see a servic check me in and no one ever came!! I asked one of the service workers to get me help he said he did twice still no one came! I happen to see a service advisor come out and when i asked for helped he said " i was welcome to leave". I never felt so discriminated in my life! Every other car that came after me was assisted and again no one even got to me!! This dealership is full of racist people i will never ever go there again! If i could give it a zero i would. Terrible service. More

My car had a recall I appreciated the ride to and from work while my car’s recalled part was getting seviced. Everyone was courteous and timely.
