I have just purchased my 7th vehicle from Rydell Honda Nissan in Grand Forks: most have been Hondas including the most recent transaction with Corey Wilde who sold me a new 2026 Red CRV,. I traded in my 2025 Honda Passport because I don't get out onto the highway enough to justify the larger 6-cyl engine any longer because my Minot grandkids will soon be traveling here for the UND degrees.. As always I received superb service and just the vehicle that I requested! All of the salespeople are great at this dealership and I know most of them because I look at the model changes often to see how much periodic innovation has occurred. Even the sales manager ,Eric, stopped over and asked if I was getting the information that I wanted. Rydell is a real class act, the hire good people, provide them with details are the results a magic. I have to admit that this is a dealer where you actually feel good about your purchase decision! Worked with the salesman all afternoon via phone, text, email to buy a used Passport that had been on their lot for over 3 weeks. Agreed to their trade in quote, agreed to asking price which was $2k above email to buy a used Passport that had been on their lot for over 3 weeks. Agreed to their trade in quote, agreed to asking price which was $2k above FMV, then set up our own financing through our CU at a crazy low interest rate. Suddenly, they had “someone local” test driving it and we were pushed behind that supposed buyer. They said they couldn’t just pull it away from that supposed buyer who they admitted they weren’t even sure could qualify to buy it and we would have to wait to see how that panned out. GSM, Michael, called us after I blew up at the sales person, Justin, that I had been dealing with. He started blowing smoke and ultimately blamed me. He said he had listened to all phone calls and at no time did I say I would buy it. I figured it was a given since I had the sales guy send me a video of the vehicle, I drove to my Wife’s work and took pictures of her vehicle, sent the pics to them, talked to their trade in person and agreed to their number, told the sales guy I then needed to call my CU to get financing lined up which took about 15 minutes. They said they couldn’t beat that and suddenly had a different buyer. We were in awe. The positive out of all of this is that it has cured my wife of her desire to own another Honda since we had a bad experience with the Fargo Honda dealership about 7 years ago too. I guess they think Hondas are that good. I’m a Toyota guy and now my wife is too. More

Corey W was extremely professional, kind, and easy to work with. He took the time to show me everything about the vehicles and answered every question I threw his way!
