He gave us back our down payment and told us that it goes to the bank. We argued with him but he was adamant. So we left and figured they would call for it in a week or when someone found the mistake. We got a voicemail a month later from Jon saying we had failed to pay our down payment and that if we didn't pay it we would be turned into collections. So I went to talk to someone higher up, Mike L. He acted like he could care less, offering up half-hearted apologies. Needless to say I left angry with the money still in my wallet. A month later we get a letter stating that they had tried to resolve this issue with us several times and if we didn't pay our down payment they would send us to collections. So I called the corporate office wanting to talk to the owner and instead they transfer me to Mike L. I didn't know it was him at first but after I hung up I realized who it was. Same half-hearted apologies. I paid the down payment but I will never ever do business with Rydell again and I will do anything and everything to encourage my family and friends to refrain from doing business with them as well. This could have been handled so differently. Instead of putting the blame on us and using idle threats, they could have simply admitted their mistake and asked for the money. More

He was very responsive to questions, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to find the right car, without being aggressive in trying to push a particular car. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, and was very good at following-up, even after the sale was made. Working with Mr. Wilde made the entire experience very hassle-free. I would most definitely recommend working with Mr. Wilde when looking for a car. More
I had a great experience with Rydell's. Every question I could think of was answered within a great timely manner, and even questions I did not think of were answered. I came to Rydell's with a c question I could think of was answered within a great timely manner, and even questions I did not think of were answered. I came to Rydell's with a car in mind, and I was shown what they had in stock for that car. I was not pulled around at all, there was no haggling or any talk about anything besides the exact car I wanted. The exact color I wanted was sold but they had another color I really liked and they pulled it off to the side so that it would not get sold. It took a couple weeks to get everything in order to make that final signature to drive my new car away, but it was on my part. I worked with Corey WIlde and I would not recommend anyone else besides him to sell me or anyone I know a car. He answered every question awesome, got back to me as fast as he could every time I would contact him, and he went far above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy. He taught me a lot about buying a new car that I would never have thought of asking or looking into. In between all the paper work, he would call me and let me know things that were going on with the company, even if it would not effect my price. He kept me very informed on everything. He even went out of his way to drive the car to me during his off hours because I lived about 200 miles away. He brought the car, and the final paperwork and we sat down at a restaurant in town and signed everything and exchanged keys and parted ways. There is not another salesman that I know of that would go that far above and beyond to help out and keep a customer happy. Very strongly recommended, and very excellent experience. More

So not being from around the town I call the local Honda to get service. They said they were closed and couldn't help me in the slights way. Then after get the spare on by a stranger nice enough to offer their jack to me,I went to Honda. they said that they could fix it in 20 minutes no problem. I get dragged back in in less then a minute saying that they could help me, but could sell me the sensor for 50 bucks and that i would have to find another tire shop to get it fixed. They said that i would have to comeback so that they could make the sensor work. I bought the sensor and got the tire fixed. They said that I should wait a few days so that they can get the tire fixed at Honda. I said no to that. More

I had service work done on my 2006 Civic. No price was given for removing mice from heater/airconditioner area. When I recieved the repair invoice mouse removal job was said to be under warranty. Clerk given for removing mice from heater/airconditioner area. When I recieved the repair invoice mouse removal job was said to be under warranty. Clerk called service manager who changed the invoice done by the service advisor to a charge. I also complained about a tire that was being destroyed by misalignment done at the factory. So stated by repair advisor. It took many months before I got them to budge. The only thing that seemed to work was better business organization. (which I found out they are not a member) This is the same outfit that tried to sell me a valve alignment for big bucks on my new 2003 Accord. I wonder how many customers fell for that deal. This dealer belongs in New York City! More
