It was so helpful and made the experience easy for me. On a very cold Saturday, we came to Rydell in Independence to look at 3 Lincoln SUVs - Sage had them lined up and running for us before we got there - so impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and customer care. Rydell pushes extended warranties that cover nothing. Fail to service after sale. Charged for everything that should have been covered by warranty, but the warranty was garbage.
