Paula is great. I got misinformation & she made sure to get the correct information for me. Unfortunately all the work was not completed the day they had my car due to parts not being in stock. This is the first time there was NO chaos, delay in completing the service, contacting me and "finding" my car. Service was quick, courteous and on point. On the negative side, I don't trust you completing the service, contacting me and "finding" my car. Service was quick, courteous and on point. On the negative side, I don't trust you as far as telling me I need tires at 36k miles. I would think standard stock tires would last longer on a Subaru Forester. A suggestion for improvement would be to have the car washed. I had a Volvo and they always washed the car :) More

This was my first visit at Rye Ford Subaru. A specific part to be replaced, a stuck gas door. It was not in stock. I was scheduled for another visit to the dealer the next week.
