Great employees in service, cutomer service from jose always beyond wonderfull. However actual repair and diagnosis i am less sure and uncomfortable. Techs said needed rear brakes and rotors, must be done by them only, repairs authorized Now i have a new metal scraping noise rear passenger, no not the rubber tires...i myself, not a professional, can tell you exactly what it is...brake pad clip not in proper and scraping rotor. So, new noise, very loud and conatant while in motion...i am worse off then before car serviced. Shocked i would be given car back like this. No way it could have gone unnoticed if test driven as requested and told was done. Took moments to hear as drove away but as jose knows i have been out of town until today, due to this new issue u could not even use car for trip More
