From start to finish everyone was very professional. I had called to arrange for an inspection and oil change. I was asked whether I would be waiting for the car or dropping it off. On the day of the appointment, my plans changed and I had to wait for the car. When I informed the intake rep, she said that would not be a problem. She that I was due for a tire rotation. I agreed and was then told that the job would take about an hour and a half. A little over an hour later everything was completed and I was on my way home! More
