Came in for an oil change and servicing for two recalls. I felt that Rye Subaru seemed very professional through the process - from making the appointment thru return of the car. The waiting area was comfortable, and has wifi, which was helpful . While waiting, I observed that the staff was very professoinal with all of the other customers who came in, even when dealing with unexpected problems.

The Service reps were wonderful. Very helpful and considerate. However, the work done was sloppy. I was having the Takata airbag replaced. After I picked up the car and got it home, the button on the dashboard that pops open the trunk wouldn't work. I brought it back and they fixed it. the next day I realized that the glove box door wasn't operating properly so I had to bring the car back again, and it was fixed. the people were great but I should not have had to go back to the Service Center twice for problems that resulted from a recall resolution.
