We did not purchase our Subarus in the state of New York but once we moved we chose Rye Subaru Service for all of our repairs and so far, we have been very happy. The only issue I have is the lack of a loa but once we moved we chose Rye Subaru Service for all of our repairs and so far, we have been very happy. The only issue I have is the lack of a loaner program. Especially during COVID, not providing loaners makes getting car repairs here very difficult to obtain. Change this, please. More
