Did exactly what they said they would, no exaggeration I found it hard to believe they could claim they could get me out of there in an hour or less as my experiences at other dealerships were not even clo I found it hard to believe they could claim they could get me out of there in an hour or less as my experiences at other dealerships were not even close. I arrived at the dealership at 9am, was test driving the vehicle 10 minutes later and after a 25 minute test drive was leaving within 60 minutes. My wife and I were impressed right away when we pulled into Concord Cars at Elkhart West. We met Joe and he was friendly and no pressure. We liked that all of the cars were very clean and the keys were easily accessible to test out the cars. We found a car we liked and got a good price for our trade in. We drove home with a car that was much nicer than we ever thought we could afford. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely go back to Concord Cars when we need another vehicle. More
