Such a horrible place to do business they sold me a 29k plus car an only drove it 3 times an had it for a month only because as I drove it off the lot almost getting home with my family the dash bored was plus car an only drove it 3 times an had it for a month only because as I drove it off the lot almost getting home with my family the dash bored was going crazy telling Me the transmission was overheating, called OC motors ASAP an they told me to bring it In an they will take a look they kept the car over 2 weeks am done nothing they had me go out of my work life balance, just to go see what was wrong with the car when that’s something they should of done as a dealer. I spoke with the store manager and told him if I can just get another car because the one he sold be had issues so after going back and forth he finally decided to get me on another car, he only offered me 2 cars that where under 20k an didn’t let me get a car of equal value of 29k plus, so to make story short they don’t care about the customers all they care about is money, so they wouldn’t change the finance amount and they charge me a full 29k for a $20,000 car unbelievable I told the store manager that’s not right and he said it’s either you take this car or you get your original car that you bought from us and you fix it an by the way I got a quote to fix the transmission for $18,000 yeah NO! BAD PLACE More

They bought it, fixed it, and flipped it before the DMV could process that it was a salvaged title, so we didn't see it until later. This company is a huge scam, after doing lots of research, they get totaled cars from auctions and repair them super quick and scam people. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! I CAN'T GET ANY MONEY FOR MY CAR NOW THANKS TO THEM!!! More

So I had been to SC Motors previously when I wanted to begin looking for a new car after mine had been totaled in a car wreck. I went and was helped by Carlos, he was very customer service oriented. He never complained about all my questions or even that I had my grandchild with me running around. Sad to say that time I did not make a purchase, I decided to wait, nothing grabbed me. So, recently our 2nd SUV started to give us trouble so I decided to start to look again. Low and behold Carlos the same agent was there to help. I remembered their kindness, patience and understanding. All were super friendly as well. Long story short I went in looking at one car and came out with one that I truly desired in my heart.
