He commuted frequently for his job and needed something with good gas mileage too. He hadn’t purchased a car in over 25 years and didn’t even know where to start. One thing he did know is he wanted a Ford Focus Hatchback. As soon as I knew that I went straight to Mission Auto Sales website to look at their inventory (I had heard from other friends and family that they had great cars on their lot and could help just about anyone). GUESS what?! They not only had one, but they had two! Both in great condition, with low mileage, at an even better price! We went in on a Saturday afternoon and met with Ron. He was great guys!. Very easy going, not pushy like most sales men, and made my dad feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. My dad test drove both cars and Ron never made him feel like it was an inconvenience (even after having to move 5 cars to get to the one we wanted :) it’s a small lot with lots of great cars). Once we started signing the deal it was such a smooth process. I had cleared my calendar thinking this was going to take all day! NOPE! We were in and out within two hours!!! Financing was simple. Even though he had absolutely NO CREDIT their Manager Lupe was confident he would get approved financing... and he did. I am very satisfied with the process and even more excited to know my dad was able to drive away in a car that will last him many years. Thank you Mission Auto Sales! You treated us like family and I understand how you have such a great reputation with loyal repeat customers. More
