I had an extremely frustrating experience with STG Auto Group and feel obligated to warn others. Their communication and customer service have been absolutely terrible. When I bought my car, they installed a GPS tracker—but it was spliced into the wiring incorrectly. It ended up causing issues and I had to pay out of pocket to have it professionally removed. When I contacted STG Auto Group about it, they refused to reimburse me for the cost, even though the problem was caused by their faulty installation. On top of that, they also promised to fix the driver-side door striker before or after the sale. It’s now been over a month and the repair still hasn’t been done. Every time I try to follow up, the sales manager, Ceaser, just gives me the runaround with excuses and no real resolution. Even more disappointing, the general manager, Neiman, has never reached out or attempted to address the situation at all. For a dealership that claims to care about customers, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Between the poor workmanship, broken promises, lack of accountability, and terrible communication, this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had. One is a clearcoat to protect the doors and the other is a useless GPS that they claim is an antitheft device and saves you money on your insurance, but it definitely doesn’t for most insurances. Furthermore, they lied about when we were receiving the car and kept pushing it back and we were supposed to get an engine cover dropped shipped to us and they ghosted us repeatedly. We finally found out that it was sitting at their warehouse just waiting to be shipped to us, it’s a terrible place and if you can avoid it, do not go there. More

It was a mistake to visit this dealership without checking reviews beforehand. Over the phone, they promised one thing, but once we arrived, additional unexpected charges appeared. The sales manager refused to print or clearly explain the breakdown of the fees, saying that all printers were busy. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. When I decided to leave, they stopped me and said they would offer a better deal, but the same manager returned with the exact same price and said, “Take it or leave it.” Overall, poor customer service and lack of transparency. I would not recommend this dealership. More

For anyone buying a car from STG Auto group buyer beware you will be treated like garbage. If you have any warranty work to be done you will be put on hold transfer after transfer. We had a 9am appointment to test drive, and nobody was even there until 9:20. I mean literally none of the staff -- just us and the janitor. We finally did a test drive around 9:45 because they hadn't got even there until 9:20. I mean literally none of the staff -- just us and the janitor. When we were talking to the salesman after the test drive, there were multiple different people yelling at other salespeople for different reasons. Pretty surreal how poorly it is run. We decided to just cut our losses and leave. Not worth dealing with people who do business this way. We've since checked the reviews on other sites (TrueCar etc) and they're terrible across the board, which is not surprising. More

I am filing a formal complaint regarding my extremely poor experience with a Chevrolet dealership concerning my 2016 Chevrolet Corvette. My vehicle has been in their possession since December 18, and as of that date, it had been in their care for a full 30 days. The vehicle has a transmission fault code and a supercharger issue, both of which require warranty approval for repair. The warranty company requested four simple photographs from the dealership on January 2 and again on January 8. As of yesterday, the dealership still has not submitted these photos. Even the warranty company attempted to contact the dealership directly and could not reach anyone. Because of this complete lack of response, my claim has been delayed entirely. The dealership has provided no reasonable explanation for this delay. I am extremely frustrated that my vehicle remains unrepaired solely due to the dealership’s failure to submit basic documentation. This has caused unnecessary financial and personal hardship. In addition to this issue, the sales staff at this dealership are extremely pushy and unprofessional. The service department has been unresponsive, disorganized, and unhelpful. When I contacted the general manager for assistance, I was told there was essentially nothing he could do about the service department’s behavior. The warranty company continues to confirm that they are waiting on the dealership and receiving no cooperation or communication. I am requesting that the Department of Consumer Affairs investigate this dealership for failure to perform warranty-related repairs in a timely manner, failure to communicate with a warranty provider, and overall negligent customer service practices. No consumer should have to wait over a month with no progress simply because a dealership refuses to submit basic required documentation. More

First, their mechanic lied and claimed the air suspension was not working, which was completely false. I had video proof showing the air suspension working properly. I showed them the video, they watched it themselves and clearly realized they were wrong — yet instead of correcting their mistake or being honest, they still pushed forward. After realizing the suspension was fine, they said: “If you don’t want to leave, come back and we’ll buy the car for $1,000 less than the price we already offered you.” That alone shows their intention from the start: create fake issues to break the price down. I also spent over 2 hours in traffic just for their appointment. When the suspension lie didn’t work, the guy named Ahmed then claimed my wheels were “chipped” to justify another price reduction. I will upload photos so people can clearly see how misleading and baseless that claim is. This was not an honest inspection. This was a deliberate, calculated attempt to deceive the customer. More
