I had a very unpleasant experience with Ray in Montclair. First, he was giving us attitude when it came to finally closing out the deal after long period of negotiation. He was even rude to my 10 year old da First, he was giving us attitude when it came to finally closing out the deal after long period of negotiation. He was even rude to my 10 year old daughter. To top this, he went outside the little office we where in and called my husband loudly a mother****er. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a salesperson. I could not recommend this place to anybody. To give you the full picture what you will get yourself into if you go to this place, I also want to share what one of the other employees told us. After questioning all the add on fees they try to charge on top of the displayed price, this employee told us they would do that to have more room to negotiate, higher margins and obviously a higher profit.
