Adrian contacted me and said car would be able to be seen and I had a friend take a look at it as I was out of state. Friend said car was great and spoke with Amir when he was there. Contacted the dealership and payed a 16k deposit to secure the car and was told everything was good and that they would have the car ready to go so I could line up a truck to pick it up. I had a driver headed that way to load up the car and about 30 min before he is supposed to get there they send a text saying it won’t pass an inspection and that they were sending it to the Infiniti Dealer down the road to check out what is wrong. (After my friend already had test driven and said no issues) So frustrated, I reached out to the Infiniti dealer and come to find out they had no knowledge of any car from STG being brought in nor matching my description and contacted the dealer back and could not get Amir or Adrian on the phone as they were both “busy” left a message and still have not been contacted. Very terrible customer service, very terrible business. Bunch of Arabians and Mexicans trying to use the language barrier to their advantage to try and screw people over and sell cars out from under them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More

When it came time to do the paper work and process a loan with a cosigner, they told me that my cosigner did not have any credit and that my credit was not enough to be approved for a loan. Said cosigner had just bought a house recently so that should have been enough of a reason to walk out and run far away. Then some other guy comes in and starts pushing me to buy an even more expensive Fiat telling me a really sketchy reason that in order to be approved for a loan I needed to purchase a more expensive vehicle (how does that make sense?). I ended up not purchasing a vehicle and left. The next day I get a call from someone from STG asking why I didnt make a purchase. I explained what happened the previous night and the guy says "Oh well I'm seeing here you did get approved without a cosigner so would you like to come back in?" and I asked, "well is the 2017 Fiat I was looking at still available?" and he says "No it was sold". I already was sketched out from being told news that should have been told to me the night before when I was there. I declined and hung up the phone. Less than a week later I see the same exact Fiat with the same color and same year and mileage I had been looking at, listed as still available through STG. I thought it had been sold? This place is sketchy and dishonest and underhanded. Do not buy from them. More

Albert was very accommodating and said he would put a hold on it till we arrived. 30 min before we arrived we texted him to let him know we were in the area. When we arrived we saw the car getting detailed thinking the dealership was getting it ready for us to test drive. Turns out Albert was in the process of selling it to someone else. After driving several hours it would have been nice to receive a call saying they had another buyer. Obviously I was quite upset when I got there and management told me sorry it’s “business”.
