For the most part they were good to work with, however upon completion of paperwork which we were looking at on an iPad, there was a three hundred dollar descrepncy on our trade in value. I wasn't satisfied with the service I received. I've been going here for over 5 years with no problems. However this regular oil change experience has left me doubting the quality of service done o I've been going here for over 5 years with no problems. However this regular oil change experience has left me doubting the quality of service done on my vehicle. When I returned home following my appointment I visually checked the oil Dipstick and it looked/felt dry. I took my vehicle back to the service manager to show them my concerns. He and a shop personnel tech inspected my vehicles dipstick and basically told me my vehicle oil replacement was full. I'm really concerned for my vehicle and however I have Doubts my oil reservoir is full. They did give me another explanation why the oil measuring stick looks like thin oil, but lastly the measuring oil stick had signs of wet to the Touch before the service was done. I'm very concerned.
