i had my 3 vehicles serviced by them for years. but never again. i became suspicious of there service dept when my truck leaked transmission fluid well a mechanic friend of mine inspected my truck and found again. i became suspicious of there service dept when my truck leaked transmission fluid well a mechanic friend of mine inspected my truck and found many things were neglected or routine service was ignored such as oil filter was found with no gasket ,rear end had no fluid in reservoir,front boots were dry and were blown out because they were not lubricated.and dirty air filter they claimed to have changed. when i confronted service manager about the matter he seemed to not give a dam how i felt. so as to my opinion of jim gusweiler in washington ch ohio the people that work there smile and then cheat there customers. I was very impressed with Troy's knowledge of his dealerships inventory and his ability in helping me to find the vehicle that suited my needs. Troy is not a pushy sales person. I really felt that I was allowed to take my time and be sure of what I wanted to buy. This resulted in me being able to find my 2011 Chevy Cruze. I love this car and it is right for me. The Chevy Cruze is a somewhat sporty little car, but also comes with a host of luxury features. It gets excellent gas mileage. I average around 30 mpg. My Chevy Cruze was bought with very low mileage and came with a GM Certified preowned warranty. This came on top of the remaining factory warranty though GM. Troy Bock was both knowledgeable and informative in explaining how this all worked, and how I could benefit from it. He made me feel like he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He and all the other associates at Gusweiler's let me know, that they were looking for buyers who would come back as repeat buyers. They let me know that they were a small community business and that my patronage was important to them. They tried to earn my respect and business, and they have. That is why I bought my 2nd quality, low mileage used car from Troy, a 2009 Ford Mustang. I am loving this one just as much. The Gusweiler team in Washington Court House is great from the sales department, to the service pro- fessionals, you will not find better in this area. This is my belief and opinion.
