I purchase a Chevy Cruze and now have found out today there is several recalls to all Chevy Cruze. I have had mine for 3 weeks now and its a 2011. I had a problem in route from Columbus with my 2008 Chevy Impala and was stranded at Exit 65, Jeffersonville, Ohio with my two young grandsons in the car. My check engine light came on and the car powered down. OnStar contacted your dealership and Nikki Hott was contacted by them. I cannot say enough about Nikki, as she was so courteous and helpful and a tow truck was in route in no time at all. The dealership had my car repaired in less than 3 hours on March 30, and even delivered my car to my home here in Cincinnati... I can tell you from numerous dealings with car dealerships that we have never had this kind of service, ever. The dealership here in Cincinnati that we purchased our car from has never been this helpful, and has even have been rude to us on several occasions. I can honestly say, that when we purchase another Chevy, probably in a year and a half, we will definitely come to Jim Gusweiler GM Dealer even though it is a little farther to drive for a new car, the service is well worth it. I would highly recommend Jim Gusweiler dealership to anyone who is looking for a loyal and dependable company from which to buy a car.
