I was planning on trading my Mercedes for another Mercedes, but was not happy with the shopping experience at the Cincinatti dealership. Keith Burns responded, and exercised the perfect balance of helpful friendly information while giving me time to thoroughly explore what I wanted to do. At his suggestion, I test drove a 2011 Cadillac CTS, and it was a perfect fit. He was very patient, explaining all that I wanted to know, and backing off for me to decide at my leisure.
