Apparently since my last review, all of the staff has been replaced. I took my Acadia in for repair, back glass was leaking. I have owned this vehicle from new until now. The factory warranty has expired been replaced. I took my Acadia in for repair, back glass was leaking. I have owned this vehicle from new until now. The factory warranty has expired but I have an extended warranty. I was told they found the leak but I need to take it to a glass shop and give the warranty info. The glass shop will not accept the warranty. The glass shop, which SVG utilizes, said that SVG should do the claim and the glass shop will do the repair. SVG gets paid by the warranty company, the glass shop is paid by SVG. I'll be using a different service department/dealership in the future. I've utilized SVG/Gusweiler for many years, time for a change. More

I called Jerry Haag in Hillsboro three weeks ago and they said they had to order parts and would call me back...I never heard a word out of them. So I called SVG on Monday. They said it would take a couple of days and made an appointment for me for Wednesday morning! Staff was comprised of genuinely polite and courteous individuals. It was a real treat to visit this dealer/service center. More
