Went to another dealership (great dealership Townsend in Arcanum. Told me I need to go to who sold it to me to get set up. 3rd time at dealership. Salesman told me for me to just set it up through google. I asked him to show me. Found out car has a problem, recall required in part. Still cannot link to car or have a floor mat. Dealerships had explicit music playing over speakers, it seemed like we bought a car when no management was present. Guys there look as if they should have parental supervision. More
We performed our due diligence online at the dealership website which showed that we were purchasing a NEW 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 4X4 with 6 miles on it. We also discussed the truck in detail with a sal website which showed that we were purchasing a NEW 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 4X4 with 6 miles on it. We also discussed the truck in detail with a salesperson at the dealership, all prior to mobilizing there. We wanted to make sure we understood what we were purchasing since we were driving 1.5 hours one way to purchase. When we arrived, NO ONE knew that the truck actually had 6,600 miles on it! Needless to say, we felt duped. This is when the dealership manager got involved. He stated that he could take an additional $4,000 off due to the mileage discrepancy. He then called upper management to solidify the deal. Upper management told him that they cannot give an additional $4,000 off. We were told sorry, you can take it or leave it. These guys clearly do not have it together. If I had to do it all over again, I DEFINITELY would not have purchased from these people. More
