Went to another dealership (great dealership Townsend in Arcanum. Told me I need to go to who sold it to me to get set up. 3rd time at dealership. Salesman told me for me to just set it up through google. I asked him to show me. Found out car has a problem, recall required in part. Still cannot link to car or have a floor mat. Dealerships had explicit music playing over speakers, it seemed like we bought a car when no management was present. Guys there look as if they should have parental supervision. More

We performed our due diligence online at the dealership website which showed that we were purchasing a NEW 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 4X4 with 6 miles on it. We also discussed the truck in detail with a sal website which showed that we were purchasing a NEW 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 4X4 with 6 miles on it. We wanted to make sure we understood what we were purchasing since we were driving 1.5 hours one way to purchase. When we arrived, NO ONE knew that the truck actually had 6,600 miles on it! Needless to say, we felt duped. This is when the dealership manager got involved. He stated that he could take an additional $4,000 off due to the mileage discrepancy. He then called upper management to solidify the deal. Upper management told him that they cannot give an additional $4,000 off. We were told sorry, you can take it or leave it. These guys clearly do not have it together. If I had to do it all over again, I DEFINITELY would not have purchased from these people. More

They did rip me off by selling a used truck instead a new one three month ago. They used false mileage in purchasing invoice as 4 miles than 4040 miles. I have lost over $18,000 toward to new 2026 Silverado one three month ago. They used false mileage in purchasing invoice as 4 miles than 4040 miles. I will not go back to any SVG. I started out in Eaton, tried to look at a vehicle, I was going to trade one I owe on and one I own outright, drove almost 50 miles away from my hous I started out in Eaton, tried to look at a vehicle, I was going to trade one I owe on and one I own outright, drove almost 50 miles away from my house to look at it because I called and they were all gung ho about helping, when I got there I was told I would have to trade it for something way cheaper on top of that basically give them the one I owed nothing on, I got up and left. I later found out the vehicle price went down so I called SVG Greenville, again met with all gung ho about helping, I told them I was not going back to Eaton and asked if it could be transferred to Greenville, they agreed and said it would be there the next day at 10am. I get to the dealership and was asked "what vehicle were you looking for?" I told them and was met with "unfortunately it has already sold", but the good news is we can get you into that brand new Silverado over there for lower payments then I have on mine, I thought about it for a while and was going to maybe look in to it but, I found out the one I wanted was never sent to Greenville and is still listed for sale on their site so yah, not happy about that. But yet I was talking to the salesman and he was talking about other dealers loosing trust and it doesn't take much to loose that trust especially when they do underhanded things. Well what I just dealt with does not sit well with me, they can keep them all. More

They Also put a Forever looking New package on it(Interior, Exterior coating, undercoating and rust protection on it). I will Definitely buy from them in the Future. They even sent a Check back for $535 because the Fees and Taxes ended up being less than quoted. More
