She has a great sense of humor as well! Gayle also continued to follow up after the sale. Alex in finance was very thorough also. We have never purchased a new or used car from a dealer and had all of the paperwork make sense, he left us without any suspicion or feeling like we were just ripped off or paying hidden fees. The General Manager, (I didn't get his name) also came out and greeted us, and was a joy to talk to. Overall BEST buying experience ever!!
